The aim of the five hotels is to invest in the organisation and employee sectors, and in 2007 they founded the "Dolce Vita Academy" and the "Dolce Vita Club". They aim to constantly expand quality standards and at the same time reward employees for their professionalism and motivate them to achieve more.

In the increasingly hectic Western world there is a yearning for "relaxing the soul", "having time", "listening to your inner clock", "enjoying life".
"Having time" is more and more seen as a luxury by many people and will be a prestigious commodity in the future.

The Dolce Vita Hotels' way of life is against haste and in favour of an indulgent life. Switch off, relax and enjoy life with others. Slow down. Lazily lounge on a deckchair, do nothing and look forward to dinner. We nurture a culture of slowness.

The guests know that they are looked after in Dolce Vita Hotels. Staff approach guests, are friendly and helpful and spoil guests from morning to night. If guests are lazy and enjoy their passive holiday staff will approve this and not hassle them to take part in the hike. If a guest orders a wine he will receive a friendly recommendation to spoil himself with a special tipple. The massages are not therapeutic but pamper massages.

Good food and drink:
We remind our guests to enjoy life, to take their time for eating and to spoil themselves with good food and drink.

Our guests are visibly happy. We observe their faces - and if someone does not have a happy face we will take care of them. Happiness and having fun is important to the Dolce Vita Hotels. We do not expect our guests to entertain themselves, but it is our task to make them happy and content.
