- Fitness room with at least 4 cardio- and 5 weight-lifting machines (techno gym or fitness)
- Professional fitness trainer at least 7 hours/day (6 days/week), incl. relaxation units (excluding Nordic Walking, biking and hiking)
- At least 1 hour/day cardio and weightlifting supervision (included in the 7 hours/day)
- At least 4 special fitness weeks/year
- Professional body fat massage according to the bioelectrical impedance analysis technique
- At least once professional nutritional consultation per week, fitness test, and individually designed training programme
