South Tyrolean Bacon
The brothers Adolf and Walter Moser founded Moser Speck OHG in 1974 and opened South Tyrol’s first Bacon Museum in June 2013. A must for every gourmet. At the Bacon Museum, you will find out first-hand how bacon was made in the past and you get insights into today’s bacon production which hasn’t done away with tradition, quality and flavour! The DolceVita excursion into the world of the South Tyrolean Bacon ends with the sampling of South Tyrolean products by Moser Speck!
