We walk through the apple orchards as far as the "Tisser Brücke" bridge. We walk back in an easterly direction along the Latschanderwaal (irrigation channel) to the roundabout, then over the Etschbrücke bridge and back to the starting point. A pleasant walk, which provides ideal climatic conditions for Nordic walking in spring, autumn and winter.

We head up above the ice stadium along the Neuwaal (a forest track) to the "Margrinböden" - a barbecue site with wonderful views - from there we walk back to the starting point through the apple orchards.

We walk along the Mareinwaal forest track below the ice stadium for a while (which is at a slight uphill gradient) before branching off to the upper path - from there we walk to the ice stadium - through apple orchards and meadow paths before returning to the starting point.
Waalweg Kastelbell - Latsch

We walk to the St. Martin ski-lift station before following the "Latschanderwaal" path to Kastellbell. From there we return to the starting point through the apple orchards.
Wiesenweg (meadow paths) - Bierkeller (beer cellar)

In this tour we walk through the apple meadows to the beer cellar - from there we walk along a pleasantly shaded flat Waalweg path almost as far as Morter. We walk along the meadow paths back to the starting point.

We walk below the entrance to the ice stadium (wooden gate) to the Mareinwaal path, which crosses the wide fitness trail. Then we continue along this idyllic forest track, climbing moderately to the junction with the forest track which heads towards Tarsch. At the fork before the bridge we turn right and follow the path sign-posted "Jägersteiger" or "Eisstadion" (ice stadium), then pass the "Wasser-Auffangbecken" picnic area and then continue past enchanting views before returning to the starting point via pleasant soft wooded grounds. Ideal walk for the summer months

3.2 km., 110 mt. difference in altitude. This is an easy route designed especially for beginners. It's the ideal choice for twalkers who need to concentrate on their movements without getting out of breath! There is a lovely view of the village centre of Naturns right at the start as you leave from near the Nischlhof. At the end, the path leads up to the Sonnenberger Panoramaweg and on for a further 1.6 km. to finish at the Runsthof. It then doubles back on itself to take you back to where you started from.

6.9 km., 355 mt. difference in altitude. This route follows route no. 1 to the Runsthof and then goes on to Weitgrub and as far as Pardell before heading uphill along the road to the Weintal. It continues to Über Stein and Fallegg and, just before it gets to the Runsthof, turns off along the Sonnenberger Panorama path and the Vogeltenn Promenade to head back to where it started.

6.0 km., 285 mt. difference in altitude. This route leads from the Nischlhof along the Kirchgraben to the bridge and then past Schwalbennest to where it meets the Wallburgweg. It then continues to the Wiedenplatz and along the Sonnenberger Panorama path and Vogeltenn Promenade back to where it started.

3.3 km., 225 mt. difference in altitude. This somewhat more demanding route starts from the Nischlhof,follows the Schlossweg for some 150 mt. and then turns off up to Hochnaturns Castle and on towards the Sonnenberg. Before it reaches Falkenstein, it heads off along path no. 6 to the Wallburgweg path and, after a short but steep climb, leads on to Wiedenplatz and then over the road down to the turning to the Sonnenberger Panorama path which takes you back to your starting point

10.6 km., 565 mt. difference in altitude. This route covers the entire extent of the Nordic Walking Park. Starting from the Nischlhof, it leads along the Kirchgraben to the bridge and then along the Schwalbennest to where it meets the Wallburgweg. It then continues to Wiedenplatz and along the Sonnenberger Panorama path to Pardell before heading upwards along the road to Weintal. From here, it leads past Stein and Fallegg to just before the Runsthof where it turns again along the Sonnenberger Panorama path and Vogeltenn Promenade to take you back to the start.
