Wine & Delight: The Gourmet Autumn in Naturno

Evening tastings with a South Tyrolean winery, visits to winemakers in Castelbello, Wine & Dine gala dinners at partner establishments, wine tastings with Franziska Steinhauser, and tours of the local wineries Falkenstein and Castel Juval Unterortl… a delicious program awaits you:

• Monday: Evening wine tasting with South Tyrolean wine producers at the Texel Group Nature Park Visitor Center
• Tuesday: Wine tasting with Franziska Steinhauser
• Wednesday: Via Vinum Venostis – visit to a winery in Castelbello
• Thursday: Guided wine tour at Falkenstein or Unterortl Juval winery
• Friday: Wine & Dine – Dinner at the partner hotel: enjoy a 6-course menu with selected wines in a cozy atmosphere (registration takes place directly at the respective partner hotel. Please note that dinner is not included in the package price)

The events are accompanied by host Joachim Nischler and sommelier Helmut Stieger.

Evening Tasting: South Tyrolean winegrowers are known as mavericks who boldly took new and creative paths, helping to establish one of Italy’s finest wine regions. As part of Naturno’s Gourmet Autumn, numerous winemakers and cellar masters present their wineries and wine collections.

Tuesday
Wine Tasting with Franziska Steinhauser: The wines featured this evening come from across Italy and straight from the mountains. We explore the potential of higher altitudes, diverse climates, and terroirs. An unforgettable experience for wine lovers.
Franziska Steinhauser, certified sommelier and musician, lives and breathes wine:

Wednesday
Via Vinum Venostis: The unique climate and steep slopes of the Lower Vinschgau Valley create a wine region with its own distinctive character and authentic wines. Join us in visiting the wineries of neighboring communities and get to know their products and the people behind them.

Thursday
Mountain Viticulture in Naturno: Every Thursday, the local wineries Falkenstein and Unterortl open their doors and offer a behind-the-scenes look. In addition to tasting various wines, visitors gain insights into the demanding practice of mountain viticulture, terroir, cultivation, and winemaking.

Friday
Wine & Dine: As part of the “Naturno Gourmet Autumn,” each partner hotel invites you to a gala dinner: enjoy a 6-course menu paired with selected wines in a cozy atmosphere. The chefs and their teams will spoil you and make the evening a special experience.
