June is all about our Piri local brand. A promise to our local producers, to our guests and also to ourselves. We are increasingly trying to source more and more products from our region and have managed to build up a network of local organic farmers who now cover the majority of our fruit and vegetable requirements. Promoting regional producers is very important to us, we are doing something good for the environment, supporting our locals and promising REAL quality. A very clear win-win situation, isn't it?
